Each Alpha Parent piece is made to order with intention and care. Because our products are created specifically for you, please allow time for production before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Alpha Parent is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details entered by the customer.
